ABWA Mo-Kan Chapter Presents

"Future-proof Your Career: Strategies to Lean In, Get Along, and Move Ahead"

Presented by

Mary D. Lewis, MBA, MA. The Negotiating Academy

If the goal of career planning in today’s environment is daunting when the only constant is change, chances are it’s because the concepts of networking, coaching, and skills development have become a giant puzzle.  This session is a must if you’re starting on your career, want to keep it moving, or are trying to get it back on track.

Join the Mo-Kan chapter's August program for this insightful and humorous session that explores how one professional has built a successful career by developing and using a new version of "The Three 'R's."

  • Learn why you might be the one responsible for the glass ceiling you encounter
  • Discover how your network could have more holes than connections with an interactive exercise that will leave you re-thinking the value of your social capital
  • Find out the "table stakes" every woman needs to have to play the game, yet frequently overlooks. The implications are huge
